I was there
And thus happened another friday. apparantly we've been back at school for a month now, but thinking about it since we didn't start on the first it hasn't even been a whole month. sheesh. and somthing like two weeks ago it felt like forever! what's two times infinity?
anyway, bus-ing and tesco-ing happened, without major event. registration was normal, and assembly was done by some people who must have been either on drugs when they wrote the assembly, or had talked to matt far too much. or were just suffering from brain damage. they were supposed to talk about teamwork, and they linked it to pink floyd AND these odd extinct.. things.. called graptolites.
anyway, on the way out of assembly neil handed me what i can only describe as a pastafarian pamphlet of conversion. he gave them out to other people too if im not mistaken..
after that was just lessons. same old stuff, english, talking about the scene in the tempest i was supposed to have read and made notes on, but didn't even read (ah, it happened so fast.. i didn't even last a month!) then comm studies, where i was supposed to have notes prepared for the essay. which i couldn't even remember the tittle of, so needless to say i was winging it, but oh well
break was overseen by a loud sort of drilling noise from the library.. and history was more political shtuffs, about politics. and reform. and stuff. pretty dull, really. after that, went to the gate for a very short period of time, and made tom go back to his laptop to get my CD. anyway, we ended up going to HMV, where matt bought advance wars for the DS, and 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours (Green day. one of the non major label ones) i had a listen to the first couple of tracks while matt and alex were nerding it up with the DS, and wondered aloud if friday period 7 + 8 was some sort of geek-catch up thing, what with the manga DVD watching the week before (that i missed) and the whole DSing, and i'm pretty sure one of these 7/8 sessions has been spent laptopping/psping, so yeah.
there were more squirrels! trust no one (named jonathan fung)!
