Look! a bear in a bear costume!

so, things. (and people say the english language is degrading. what do they know, eh?) ok, so i dunno when i last posted so we'll just recap from saturday, shall we. i probably posted on friday, as i remember mentioning the whole bleurgh thing, but i probably didn'tpost on saturday. could just check, but i'm lazy so i won't.

well. karate happened. min was pissed, because people hadn't gotten in their licence applications which she had to give to the ryubokai people about an hour after our lesson. so karate wasn't so much fun. and then ellis and simon had to go work on their chemistry, so there was no hanging round or whatever.

but that was ok cos dave organised a small gathering for saturday. at his house. minus his parents. it was only me, dave, andy and another guy called rory (it wasn't very confusing at the time. however, when talking about saturday, people seem to think i'm referring to myself in the third person for some reason. even if i say something like 'me, dave, andy and rory'. anyway, alcohol was consumed. dave's sort of in trouble now, but it was fun. andy did ask me not to blog about it (not that there's any big sort of scandal we're covering up or anything. not at all) so i won't go into detail. we had to carry rory home though. (thats part of why dave is in trouble) but it was good, and merely served to reinforce the idea that i don't get drunk nearly often enough.

anyhoo, loads of people were away on monday due to a maths conference, and matt was supposed to be away, but wasn't. this week heralded the end of dossing during comms periods instead of doing coursework.. no more lesson time is being given over to coursework now. which sucks, but whatever.

then today, everyone of import was there, as far as i can recall.. comms may have taken away the free time for coursework, but apart from a ten minute appointment to discuss my coursework one on one, i had my english double free. needless to say, i haven't even started the draft. don't be silly.

history, break, computing. computing dragged on, and i'm still not entirely sure what i should be doing specifically. i know in a general sense.. but apart from that..

there was a YE meeting (ugh. the tuesday meetings have been made compulsory. well, at least till after the exam. which is next week..) and then a thing. comms lesson. we read through some more essays.

also, i'm vaugely ill. i have a sore throat, stuffed nose and a headache. the words ow and eurgh in combination would sum up how i feel. i'll probably get some sleep tonight instead of reading all night, like last night. and the night before. meh
